Still, but never stuck.
The Still Space
Welcome to The Still Space
I am so glad you are here. Yes, you.
You have permission to grow, change, and flourish in whatever way you like. This permission never expires, and is always available to you. At The Still Space, we tap into that growth and make it a tangible reality.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, stiff, or like one more thing you need to be “good” at. Together, we’ll slow down, get curious about the patterns beneath the surface, and make space for the parts of you that may have been ignored, overwhelmed, or simply trying their best to protect you.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, life transitions, relationship patterns, and struggles with identity and self-worth. My approach is relational and systemic, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Bowen Family Systems Theory.

As an LMFT-A, I have specific training in bringing as many people in the room as possible! I love couples work, as it is rewarding and has the potential to be deeply healing to each individual in the system.
When the same argument keeps happening in different forms, it’s usually about more than dishes, sex, money, or who forgot to text back.
Couples therapy helps us slow the cycle down, understand what’s happening underneath it, and create new ways of reaching for one another. Less blame. More understanding. More connection, and hopefully a little more fun being together again.
Why I Created The Still Space
The Still Space exists to give you somewhere to slow down, get curious, and make room for what’s actually going on beneath the surface. A place to feel more connected to yourself, to the people you love, and to the life you’re building.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you get here. That’s kind of the point.
Do you have a free 15?
Join me for a complimentary 15 minute consultation where we get to know each other, discuss the therapeutic process, and hopefully get to schedule that first session!
I know reaching out can feel hard or awkward, but know that you don’t have to have the right words (or even know exactly what you need!) to get started.
This complimentary consultation is not a therapy session and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Consultations are conducted by phone. Please choose a private location where you feel comfortable speaking.
